Conditions

Individual:

Your registration is confirmed by the payment of the deposit, non-refundable in case of withdrawal. The balance is transferred, at the latest 48h before the event, according to the information of Croc'Nature.

In case of cancellation:

• Up to 1 week before the release: free cancellation

• 6 to 3 days before the exit: 50% of the amount is due

• Less than 3 days: 100% of the amount is due (unless a replacement person is found).
   

Groups:

Your registration is confirmed by the payment of a deposit, non refundable in case of cancellation. The balance is transferred at the latest 15 days before the event. 
From 15 people, a second guide is mandated.
For tastings and meals, the number of participants is confirmed at Croc'Nature, 7 working days before the event. If the number of participants is 50% lower than that announced at the reservation, the guide reserves the right to modify or cancel the event.
Incidental expenses, tastings, small tourist trains, meals, etc. are paid directly to the service providers.  
Transportation to the place of departure is at your expense.
 

In case of cancellation:

• 15 to 7 days before the exit: 50% of the amount of the exit is due

• Less than 3 days: The total amount is due

Bookings made through the Montreuxriviera.com website are subject to their own conditions
 

Payment

Use your smartphone to pay securely via the Twint application. 

Send the amount via the app to 079 310 01 39, mentioning your name and the name of the event.

✘  In case of cancellation by Croc'Nature (weather or insufficient number of participants),the entire amount paid is refunded to you.

 

Recommandations to all participants

It is the responsibility of the participants to be insured against accidents, be equipped with good footwear (walking or sneakers) – clothing adapted to the weather: sweater, raincoat, sunscreen, hat or cap – a bottle of water

In case of non-observance of these recommendations, Croc'Nature reserves the right to refuse the poorly equipped participants, to adapt the course and decline all responsibility in case of accident.
